For 5-50 truck fleets

Stop stitching together miles, fuel, and filing records

TruckPermit helps fleet teams reconcile ELD and fuel-card data, review exceptions before they become filing problems, and keep an audit-ready record of every quarter.

We'll only use your email for TruckPermit early-access updates.

The filing is only as reliable as the records behind it

When ELD miles, fuel-card transactions, odometer records, and filing documents live in separate places, every quarter becomes a manual investigation.

  • Disconnected records

Mileage, gallons, and supporting documents arrive from different systems with different formats.

  • Hidden exceptions

A missing transaction or unusual odometer reading can get buried in a spreadsheet until it creates a problem.

  • No clear audit trail

Teams need to show how a number was calculated, not just where the final total came from.

Bring the records together, review what does not match, keep the proof

A reviewable workflow for IFTA preparation, not a black box.

  1. Bring in the source data

Connect supported ELD mileage and fuel-card records, then organize the information by truck and quarter.

  2. Resolve exceptions first

See mismatches, missing fuel records, and unusual readings in a focused review queue before moving forward.

  3. Keep the compliance packet

Create a clear record of source data, calculations, reviewed exceptions, and filing confirmation.

Start with the filing workflow, add support when you need it

TruckPermit is building an early-access workflow centered on IFTA preparation, exception review, and audit-ready documentation.

  • Reconciled before you file

ELD mileage is compared against fuel-card gallons so mismatches surface before a filing is prepared.

  • Exceptions you can review

Missing fuel transactions and odometer anomalies go into a review queue instead of staying hidden in a spreadsheet.

  • A packet for every quarter

Source data, calculations, exception history, and filing confirmation, organized by truck and quarter.

  • Renewal dates in view

Permit and DOT renewal-date tracking is planned, so important compliance work is less likely to be missed.

Built for the people who answer for the filing

TruckPermit is for the owners and office teams who prepare, review, and stand behind quarterly compliance work.

  • Fleet owners and owner-operators

Running 5 to 50 trucks and tired of paying permit services or chasing missing receipts every quarter.

  • Safety and compliance managers

Responsible for explaining the numbers if a filing is questioned or an audit comes.

  • Back-office and dispatch staff

Reconciling ELD exports and fuel-card statements by hand and ready for a clearer process.

Questions, answered

Will this work with the ELD and fuel card we already use?

Early access will prioritize the ELD and fuel-card providers fleets use most. Supported connections will be introduced in phases and shared with waitlist members as they go live.

Is this only for larger fleets?

No. TruckPermit is built for fleets running roughly 5 to 50 trucks, including owner-operators handling their own compliance work.

What will it cost?

Pricing hasn't launched yet. A planned add-on for new-state permit requests is priced at $49 per request. Core pricing will be shared with waitlist members first.

When will early access open?

We're opening access in phases to prioritize reliable data handling. Joining the waitlist is the best way to hear as soon as a spot opens.

Does TruckPermit guarantee my filings won't be rejected?

No. TruckPermit is a workflow to help you prepare, review, and document compliance work more clearly. It doesn't guarantee acceptance or eliminate fines.

What happens with my email after I sign up?

It's used only to send TruckPermit early-access updates. No spam, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
